SBW and DBW series high-power AC voltage regulators (hereinafter referred to as voltage regulators) are introduced by our factory, absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad, and designed to stabilize AC voltage in combination with China’s national conditions. They can automatically maintain stable output voltage when external power supply network voltage fluctuations or load changes cause grid fluctuations.
Compared with other forms of voltage regulators, this series of products has the advantages of large capacity, high efficiency, no waveform distortion, stable voltage regulation, wide applicability to loads, ability to withstand instantaneous overload, long-term continuous operation, manual and automatic switching, and is equipped with overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, phase sequence protection, mechanical fault automatic protection devices. It is also small in size, light in weight, easy to use and install, and reliable in operation. It can be widely used in power supply stabilization for electronic computers, precision machine tools, precision instruments, experimental devices, elevators, and production lines in industrial and mining enterprises, printing, machine tools, postal and telecommunications, railways, construction sites, schools, hospitals, hotels, national defense, scientific research and other departments. It is also applicable to low-voltage distribution end-users with low power supply voltage and large fluctuation amplitude, as well as electrical equipment with large load changes, such as elevators, cranes, mixers, and all places that require stable voltage

Structure
It consists of a three-phase compensating transformer, a three-phase contact voltage regulator, a transmission mechanism, an electric brush contact system, a box, and an electrical control system. The outer surface of the column winding of the three-phase contact voltage regulator is machined and polished by a lathe to remove the insulation layer and form a smooth conductive material for smooth voltage contact. The transmission mechanism consists of an electric motor, worm gear, worm gear, sprocket, and chain. The structure of the electric brush system is reasonable and reliable to ensure the pressure of the electric brush, small volume, good heat dissipation, and the position of the detection instrument is prominent and the indication is accurate.
SBW and DBW series voltage regulators should be used indoors under normal operating conditions:
1. Do not use excessively high loads;
2. Please use sufficient wires;
3. Please be careful to connect the input voltage of the voltage regulator and the input of the instrument equipment;
4. The rated voltage of the instrument and equipment should be consistent with the output voltage of the voltage regulator;
5. Please ensure that the input voltage is consistent with the voltage regulator’s stabilizing range;
6. Altitude not exceeding 1000m
7. Relative humidity: ≤ 90%
8. The installation site should be free of gases, vapors, chemical deposits, dust, dirt, and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect the insulation of the voltage regulator;
