CJ20 switching capacitor contactor is used in power systems with AC 50Hz or 60Hz and main circuit voltage up to 380V, as a self-healing low-voltage parallel capacitor in power factor compensation devices for connection and disconnection. The contactor is equipped with surge suppression devices, which can effectively reduce the impact of closing surge on capacitors and suppress overvoltage during opening and closing. It can effectively suppress the surge current during closing, and has the advantages of small size, light weight, strong switching ability, and saving raw materials.
Working installation conditions
1. Surrounding air temperature: -5 ℃~+40 ℃, with an average temperature of no more than+35 ℃ over 24 hours.
2. Atmospheric conditions: At+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90% when the average lowest temperature is+25 ℃, taking into account condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
3. Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000 meters.
4. Pollution level: Level 3.
5. Installation conditions: The inclination between the installation surface and the vertical surface should not exceed ± 5 °, and there should be no significant shaking, impact, or vibration.
